Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the trip. Nothing is paid in advance, so there is nothing to refund.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at +90 536 603 75 84 with your booking reference.
Changing your date
Ask us as early as you can. We will tell you which dates are free and confirm the change in writing.
Later cancellations
For a cancellation less than 48 hours before the trip, please contact us as soon as possible so we can release the boat and the crew.
If the sea or the weather is not safe
The captain decides on the day. If the trip cannot go ahead, we contact you to agree a new date or cancel the booking without charge.
