In short: we record what is needed to confirm your boat, collect you from your hotel and run the day. We share it only with the people who do that, and we sell it to no one.

Who is responsible
Alanya Private Boat (alanyaprivateboat.com) is operated by Murat Atalay Travel Agency, a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB under no. 11294. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +90 536 603 75 84.
What we record when you book
The booking form asks for your name, a mobile number, the date and the number of guests, and — if you choose to give them — your e-mail address, your hotel and any requests.
- Name and mobile number — to confirm the booking and the pickup time and to reach you on the day.
- Date and number of guests — to reserve the boat for the right group.
- Hotel — so the driver knows where to collect you.
- E-mail, if you give one — for your written confirmation.
- Requests, if you write any — for example children's ages, an occasion or food you would like arranged.
What we record when you send a request
Your name and phone number, your e-mail address if you give one, a preferred date, a number of guests and your message.
Who sees it
Murat Atalay Travel Agency, which sells the trip, and the boat crew and driver who run it, who need your name, hotel, phone number and group size. Our booking system is hosted on a server operated for the agency. Nothing is passed to advertisers and nothing is sold.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics script. Visits are counted with a first-party, cookieless beacon that stores no personal data. If you choose a currency, your browser keeps that preference in a small cookie.
How long we keep it
Bookings are kept for as long as the agency's accounting and tax obligations require, then deleted. A request that does not become a booking is deleted once it has been answered and is no longer needed.
Your rights
