How to book a private boat in Alanya
You book the private boat by sending a request with your date and group size on the boat page. Our team confirms the booking and your pickup time, nothing is paid online, and you pay in euros on the day. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the start.
The booking in four steps
That is all. There is no card form and no online payment at any point.
- Open the private boat page and choose a date in the calendar
- Give your group size — up to 12 guests, children included — and your hotel
- Send the request; it arrives with our team as a booking request, not a payment
- Wait for our confirmation, which includes your pickup time
What to tell us when you book
A few details help us confirm quickly and get the day right for your group.
- The number of guests, counting children
- The ages of any children on board
- Your hotel name and area, so we can confirm the transfer
- Whether you would like food, drinks or snacks arranged in advance
- Any occasion — a birthday, an anniversary — or anything you would like the captain to know
Why nothing is paid online
You pay on the day, in euros. That keeps the booking simple: you do not hand over card details for a trip that has not happened yet, and if something changes before the trip, there is nothing to refund.
The price is from €580 for the whole boat, not per person, and covers captain, crew, fuel, mooring fees and the hotel transfer from central Alanya districts. The full breakdown is in the price guide.
Paying on the day also means the person who books does not have to collect money from the group in advance. Settle among yourselves however suits you, and hand over one payment in euros when you meet the boat.
Changing or cancelling
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the start. If you need to move your date, contact us as early as you can and we check what is available.
Weather is the captain's decision on the day. The route can change for sea conditions; for anything beyond the 48-hour rule, ask us.
If you are unsure about your date, it is still worth sending the request. You keep the right to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, so a booking made early costs you nothing if plans change in good time.
After the confirmation
Once the booking is confirmed, you only need to be ready at the pickup time with your swimwear, a towel and sun protection. The short packing list is in what to bring.

On the day, the transfer brings you to the harbour area, you meet the captain and crew, and the boat is yours for six hours.

How soon after my request do I hear back?
